Here’s a little Friday the 13th tip for you: When you want to form a habit, concentrate on doing a little bit every single day. Each day you accomplish your habit, make a big green checkmark for that day on the calendar. After a couple weeks, you’ll have a long chain of daily work that you won’t want to break. Then your only job is to not break the chain. If you do break the chain for even one day, it becomes easy to break it again and again.
It’s addicting to see that long line of green checkmarks grow.
